Anthony is the most honest, humble and kind man I’ve ever met. My furnace died last night, (Sunday), I called him, to my surprise he answered the call and walked me through what I needed to do for the night, he showed up this morning and repaired the furnace in less than an hour and charged me less than his original quote. I will recommend him to all my friend and family as I don’t believe there is anyone like Anthony. Love the service. Thank you very much. He will be checking my fireplaces and air conditioner soon. Outstanding service from start to finish! Anthony was immediately helpful on the phone after we woke up to a cold house a few Saturday mornings ago. He was patient and knowledgeable, working with me to figure out what might be wrong with our furnace. After some quick work, he walked me through how to get it running temporarily so we could have heat for the weekend, until he could get parts for us on Monday. Quick repair, and we were all fixed up from his expert and professional service. Thanks Anthony for being very responsive, helpful, and caring to our situation. Our family is very grateful!

Today, Anthony replaced our gas furnace and I am extremely pleased with everything that transpired today! Anthony called first thing in the morning, he was early, and wanted to check if it was ok to show up a bit early. All good and a bonus for us. Once on site we went over a few items, previously discussed, to ensure we were all on the same page and then Anthony and his assistant Christopher got right at it! During the course of the installation, both Anthony and Christopher were a true pleasure to have in our home. They were polite, forthcoming with the work being done, explaining as they went if I posed a question to them. They are professionals, not only in their work ethics but also in their personalities and demeanor while on the job. The difficulties faced when trying to remove a roughly 51 year old furnace were met with humor and perseverance. Anthony and Christopher got the job done in a timely manner as expected. The whole time they were here, there was continuous clean up going on as they worked and it was evident they take pride not only in their work, but also \how they work\. Anthony went above and beyond with some of the challenges he faced with the tear out of our old furnace and the resulting reconfiguration of the new furnace into our home. Without question, I would highly recommend Anthony with Phillips Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that is looking for high quality work at a very affordable price. It is very evident that Anthony takes a great deal of pride in his work.

10/10 service. Over a 90 second phone conversation while I was stuck at work, Anthony was able to diagnose the issue with my furnace based on my mediocre description, and walk me through how to resolve it on my own. The fix took a few minutes once I got home and worked like a charm. For reference, I know literally nothing about furnaces. He could have easily dispatched a tech to fix it for me, but instead he saved me the with super-friendly, easy-to-follow advice. I'm impressed.
