I would like to say that i have been receiving nothing but the best service from these guys. I have gotten 2 hot tubs for my business from them with a great deal and very low monthly payments. When other stores were saying that they can deliver the hot tub in 2 to 3 months. These guys delivered both hot tubs within a week. What else can you ask for? I couldn't be happier. Especially i would like to thank Chris for all his support. He has been guiding me throughout the entire process of the set up and on how to take care of the hot tubs. I am definitely looking to do more business with them and have been already recommending them to everyone i know who is in need of a hot tub or a sauna.

Worst service I've ever had!!! I ordered a new hot tub cover and payed up front 750 and HALF a year later!! I had to call them to check the status and was laughed at and was told they forgot oh and if I remeasured it they might be able to get to it in the next 10 weeks!! And having a hard time getting our back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
I just purchased a Hot Tub from Steve, who not only made the entire process easy, but went above and beyond to get me the hot tub that best fit my needs. There was no pushiness in sales, he responded in a timely and professional manner and answered all my questions in great detail. During the current climate, it was incredibly difficult to locate a place that even had stock and knowing that this particular unit would not last long, he still held it for me, while I mulled over the purchase. All in all, this experience was nothing short of fantastic and having made several larger purchases in past, this was by far the easiest. I would recommend The Hot Tub people to anyone in the market.
Hi everyone, I was dealing with Dan Quibell. Please deal with him as he is knowledgeable and takes the time out for his customers. All questions were answered immediately. He was going to sell me a tub which was out of stock...I ended up going to St-Lawrence pools to get one. If they didn’t have a tub readily available, I would be buying from Dan. Cheers. Jeff
The hot tub people have great customer service and are very knowledgeable. Mack is extremely professional and passionate about hot tubs and really knows what he is doing. All of our hot tub needs will be purchased here in the future. Mack you made us excited to become a hot tub family!
