Very clean store. It may be because of their reduced stock but still well organized. I was looking for something specific and helped by a very friendly staff member. I was greeted by 2 employees which helped me to feel welcome there. Does not sound like much but in this day, it is.

Shopping online at Staples is a nightmare. My online order was late so I called to locate the items I ordered. I received two different stories from two different people. It took me 40 minutes to finally get a straight answer (I hope) but I really had to grill the person on the phone which I felt bad for doing but it seemed to be the only way that I could get any answers. At one point, I asked to speak to a Manager but a Manager was not available As things stand at the moment, my order is not coming and I am supposed to get a refund but I have yet to receive a confirmation email. The email I received yesterday said my order is delayed. I went to the store to see if I could buy the out-of-stock item at the store because the person on the phone would not call my local store. Luckily the store had stock and I dealt with a really friendly salesperson named Luana (I believe that was his name) who was helpful and fast. I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. If it wasn't for Luana, I would never step back into a Staples again. It's nice to know that someone at Staples understands the concept of Customer Service.
A very good store but basically every time you want to go there for something it's out of stock.
