Great place. Went there today because there was a network outage at the nearby Staples (actually Staples nationwide). There are many workstations and the work area is comfortable. Printing quality is great. It's nice that they have free parking at the back. However, be reminded to only park there while you are doing business at the FedEx - don't walk off. I saw a tow truck enter the alley (not sure if related to the FedEx lot).

Jess is a very knowledgeable and nice employee. The whole experience was delightful. Their receipt printer was a little old so it took some time. Jess even apologized for that even though she couldn't do anything about it.
I come here a couple times a month to ship work related packages. They keep trying to upsell me their packaging service. Even when i ship stuff in its original package that it was shipped in, they say it will likely get damaged. Not a lot of faith in their shipping and the large tracker in the corning showing how many times they've successfully sold customers packing service isn't helping me feel like they are as concerned with my shipping needs as much as their own daily quotas. Otherwise locations is convenient, has parking, good hours, and I've never had problems with the shipping being damaged in my own/manufacturers packaging.
Went there last Saturday to print and scan some documents. Accidentally left my wallet at the work station and left. Came back half an hour later and both the attendants said no wallet was found. I said I will make a police report since all my documents were in there and aasked the surveillance be reviewed and they told me a manager needs to approve that and that they need my phone number just in case. Left and within five minutes they called saying the found my wallet under the printer. Total lie as I have looked there myself. Anyway, they returned my wallet. Had all the cards but the money was stolen. No point reporting them to the Police as the amount was around 150. However, advice for anyone going there: make sure you don't leave anything of value behind. The staff appears to have questionable integrity.
When delivering my personal documents overseas, the person who took my shipment order suggested to pay the express service which was 99.36 dollars and assured me the package would arrive the next day. However, it took 4 days and the contents on my package where in a damaged state when the receiver finally got it. I now need to call and request to open a case for complaint and wait if a committee approves my refund. Would NEVER use this service again. Truly the worse experience I have ever had with a shipping company.
Great quick service on my lunch hour today. the gentleman even helped with an additional form that was needed to ship to the states. Friendly, fast service, you can't say that everywhere, but here it lives.
Was in for photo finishing (lamination), Staff was extremely helpful. Was in and out within 5 min with my laminated photos. Kudos on fast and nice services!!
Inconsistent colour printing with 3 colour printers at this location. Had to re-print a set twice, only to find out at home after closing that the colours were still wrong compared to the proof. Will have to make yet another trip out tomorrow for a correction. Despite the hours which look like convenient, it's not quite.
