I will entitle this review 'Easy Peasy'. That was our experience in purchasing our 450Sl from Marina W. and the team at MB Peterbrough. From prompt first contact through purchase to creative financing made this a very pleasant experience. Then the fun... We surprised my wife with Marina's terrific acting skills. As I moved east of Toronto early December, I had to get repairs done on my car before the holidays. It was easy to book an appointment and upon arrival, Jordan was welcoming and ready to help me. The first visit, I decided to stay and work from dealership which was a relaxing experience. The repairs had to be completed over two visits and they offered a courtesy car allowing me to come back the next day. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend their service department.
We recently purchased our first Mercedes and it was a fantastic experience working with the staff at MB Peterborough. Customer service far exceeded that of other MB dealerships we shopped at, and as a result they got our business. Joshua was attentive, knowledgeable and worked with us closely to get us into the SUV we wanted at a price that worked for us. The managerial staff also contributed to this being a great shopping experience where we felt valued and appreciated. We love our new GLB and look forward to future purchases from this dealership!
We just popped in to take a peek at the newest models because my garndson is crazy about cars and has dreams of owning his own Auto Dealership when he grows up. It's always a special adventure and reward when we explore various dealerships. He's been begging to stop here for months ... so on this day we did. While we were browsing at the Mercedes-Benz a sales rep Mike came out and chatted with us. When we told Mike our story he invited my grandson in to the show room to show him the latest and limited Mercedes Benz AMG R Coupe 2020 and gifted him with a Mercedes Ball Cap! ! In the life of a boy with a passion for cars ... this is an act of kindness that wil never be forgotten! Everyone there was amazing, welcoming and friendly. Thank you Mike! PS. If you are considering investing 224,000 in a Mercedes Coupe Limited to only 75 across Canada ... be sure to ask for Mike!
I visited this dealership and the experience was quite nice. Our sales representative, Michael, was VERY knowledgeable and had a warm presence. I wanted to take a couple of the vehicles for a test drive and Michael thought of a way to get me in both vehicles without compromising social distancing rules during Covid. He drove one vehicle while I followed and then half way, we switched. I was really impressed with his abundant knowledge of Mercedes vehicles and available inventory. Great customer service experience!
