Lots of selection, good prices with the membership. Staff however varies on what day you go in. I’ve had nothing but great service with Chris and Angela, they always have a knowledgeable answer, and make you feel like your not a burden for asking a question. The two older ladies usually in the back, one with shorter brown hair think her name was Claudia? and the other curly blonde hair, always seem miserable an absolutely annoyed to be of any help at all, if you hate your job so much. Quit. Or at least have the decency to do it for the customers that are paying money.
The staff is always so pleasant, and knowledgeable, the store is organized and clean. My puppy loves going there to pick a new toy.
Associates in the fish department are knowledgeable and helpful. Fish are attended to well and are usually healthy. The department head is an especially smart and caring lady. When I commented to the store manager about his employee in the fish department being exceptional he responded “She should be, she is the department head.” Whenever I have been in to buy a product like heaters, filters, tubing for air stones(all actual examples of things I wanted to buy) they dont have anything on the shelf. There are tags on the shelf, just no products available for purchase. Overall I wish for a better experience but they are definitely the best option in the area.
The staff are very helpful, which polite by helping us look for the right products for my dog.
