Our experience with this company was second to none. Starting with the office manager (Shawna) down to the technician (Kyle) the service was excellent. You can tell that they take a lot of personal pride in their jobs. The communication was great, the company even lets you know when the technician is on route to your house, a nice touch. They quoted me 3,498 for a have day job and wouldn't break down what was parts and what was labor. I priced out the parts and can get them for under 1500. So I guess they charge 2000 for a half day of labor. Shop around and don't get ripped off. Also they were a day late and after a week I had to phone for the quote cause they forgot about me.
I have been using Pope & Sons for a few years now. They are quick to respond and are on time. The service is thorough and professional. I recommend them to family and friends.
Very quick and efficient service - friendly and professional. Reasonable rates for the few hours spent in our home fixing our gas fireplace and servicing our heat pump.
Was ripped off by Pope and Sons! Brought it to their owners attention of the quality issues and overcharging. Proved to them in detail of the issues with their incorrectly installed work. It took them weeks to even respond and they came back with a insult of a gesture to correct their mistakes. Would not recommend them for any work!!!!
