Purchased an induction stove. Initially the wrong stove was delivered to us, so they had to replace with the correct one. That was Wed, the stove stopped working on Sat night. That was 5 weeks ago! After numerous calls to the head office , it was decided to make an exchange rather than a repair. Scheels initial response to my call about the stove not functioning was ...if we replaced all the appliances with a problem we'd be bankrupt. Shopping local did not work for us in this instance.
