took over 2 months from order to install installers left a mess even though we had a drop cloth down and they even asked me to use my broom - took us over an hour to clean up after they left sprayed either spray foam or compressor oil on our newly painted wall didnt spray foam properly and they was a draft after install didnt install flush to the wall on the right side and it now sticks out about quarter of an inch. just saw the owners response. lol .,.i posted this over a year ago and have all the emails back and forth about this. your office even offered to have you come out to see it for yourself... posted a photo of the mess, misaligned trim and your last email

Rick and his crew put a combination glass and post railing around my deck and it transformed the exterior look of my formerly plain cottage into something out of a design magazine. He positioned the glass railing portions as to minimize the impact on the water view from the interior of the cottage. The post placements were perfect and square. His installation crew left no mess at all. Although the project was delayed due to the impact of Covid on the manufacturers , Rick kept me up to date consistently with the projected availability. I highly recommend Grey Bruce Interiors for their product quality , installation skill and customer communication.
Great company to deal with. Covid did not help so excluding the impacts of covid19 the work was great with a minor hiccup in installation, but this was dealt with by Rick and his team and resolved effectively. Would recommend Greay Bruce Patio Enclosures. If not for the hiccup, it would be 5 star review.
Dealing with the company in question regarding new windows at a cottage. From the initial time they took my information to the phone call I have just received they have lost my information, set up an appointment that they did not show up to and provided lackluster customer service. The lack of communication, customer service and willingness to work can only be reflective of the way they conduct business. Very dissapointing.
Rick is a great guy to deal with. Very professional.
