We just moved the Ottawa area, and wanted to have a routine inspection and maintenance of the furnace and gas fireplaces in our house. Andrew and his team fit us into their schedule for a service call with relatively short notice, in the middle of their very busy winter season. After completing the maintenance and cleaning, Andrew took the time to walk me through the idiosyncrocies of our furnace and older fireplaces to make sure we understood how everything worked. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive. We'll be using them again for our future heating & cooling services. Thanks Andrew!

They made it easy for me to pick the furnace and hot water tank by providing lots of information up front - types, warranties, prices. This also made it easier to compare with my other quotes. They provided the 'red carpet' on installation day and cleaned up after they were done. Provided advice and said to contact them if I had any further questions. Their website is great. I liked that I could pay with a credit card and not get charged for using a credit card. Finance plans also available.
Andrew was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly identify what was wrong with my furnace and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend their services!
