I recommend this broker. Chase is well-informed and I believe interested in helping find the best mortgage (and not just saying so but actually doing so). My experience is that he will go out of his way to ensure you are satisfied with any dealings with him in the end. The word 'integrity' comes to mind. Not always easy to find in dealings related to the financial industry where money often comes before being truthful, open and honest (I imagine anyone being stung by major financial institutions who tell half-truths and pray on people's lack of financial savvy will understand that last comment).

This is the first review I have ever written for a company and I am only doing this as I want people to know how great Chase Belair is. I called him and asked him some questions, informing him that I was just looking for confirmation information and advice as I was already dealing with another broker and with my bank's mortgage advisor. After providing some very valuable advice on the different options, he gave up an opportunity for commission by recommending I go with the bank's offer. Only a very honest person who cares for those they deal with would do such a thing. I will definitely be going back to Chase in the future and would highly recommend him to everyone. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it to him.
I dealt with Chase out of Toronto and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. He helped me get into a mortgage that better fit my needs, and considering I ended up selling before the term was up, saved me tons of money in the long run. I have known Chase for a long time and would recommend him to friends and family for any mortgage questions. As someone who has been close to Chase Belair for quite a while, I trusted him with the responsibility of taking care of my Mortgage. This was the BEST decision of my life! As someone who didn't know anything about that stuff, I can comfortably say that I own a condo in a beautiful area at a fantastic sub prime rate with very good terms; you better believe that its all because of this man right here! Chase provided excellent service, is very knowledgeable of the industries and market trends and is an outstanding character. I can't personally think of anyone more deserving.
Really helpful. I had to make a quick decision on whether to renew my mortgage with my current lender and he offered helpful, unbiased advice. Chase helped me to figure out the best decision for my specific situation.
