Nice bubble tea place in Old Ottawa South. The Brown Sugar Latte is good. The 38 Milk King tea is good too, has 3 different toppings (tapioca bubbles, jelly cubes and big chunks of grass jelly). For toppings, my favourite is the Agar Bubbles. Prices are similar to other bubble tea places, but they sometimes have specials.

Friendly service and drink tasty as well. Their pearls are the best, they used honey instead sugar in all drink so its a plus. I order ice chocolate foam milk tea and bf got mango yogurt slush, they both really good but the slush quite cold. nice people and nice atmosphere.

Tried their bbt on two occasions each time getting a different drink. I recommend sticking to the fruit teas here, especially the grapefruit green tea with agar bubbles. The milk teas here don't have much tea flavour.. the 38 Milk King is a bit better since the drink as a whole pairs nice with the grass jelly, pearls and agar bubbles but the tea on its own is very flat. Service is fairly fast and the space is very clean. I'd come back for their fruit teas only.
Firstly, let's talk about the prices and quality. It was very over priced for such an average drink (A passionfruit green tea was 6.50 with no included topping). The drink itself had a strange after taste that was almost spicy somehow and the tapioca was very chewy, but it did taste like passionfruit in the end. Secondly, the packaging of the drinks was good, easy to use and aesthetically appealing. Lastly, the name of this brand is fairly racist though that is not this locations fault. Seeing as they are an American based company, using the term Kung Fu seems like a pretty big generalization of their culture.

This place is decent at best. The place was empty when I went it, which was the reason why my order was done so quick. I’ll give them that: they are much faster than other bubble tea places in Ottawa. The staff isn’t really friendly, and the bubble tea is okay. The atmosphere isn’t really the best. I don’t think I will come back to this place.
I highly recommend this place! The customer service is amazing! The tea is so tasty! The environment is so clean which is so rare now a dash with the pandemic! The staff never failed to wear proper p.p.e. to ensure my safety! All in all this place gave me the at home atmosphere I needed in a big city! I will be coming back OFTEN! Thank you for such a good experience! BEST TEA in town
