Manager in Ottawa location can be very rude or belittle customers and students. Older man that works there is terrible at greeting customers as they walk in. My experience the last time I went there was I felt attacked by both as soon I entered the store.
Have been coming here for my wholesale beauty needs since managing spas to eventually having my own small biz. Very knowledgeable staff including the (now-gone) Sarah, Karen & Stephanie! I swear they also work well together and you can tell they care about their job. See you soon my beauty ladies! PS: I always look forward to seeing their nails and them sporting the new collections..
I've taken a few courses through them and they have great instructors. I also get a lot of my supplies through them. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff!
Exceptional service. Second to none. Staff and management (all the way to the top) are very knowledgeable on each and every product they have. The manager and assistant manager were extremely helpful when I was setting up my small business. They did a lot of the work on my behalf, gave sound professional advise that really helped me and made what could have been a stressful time a lot easier. Love these guys! Would recommend any day!
