This is one of my favourite spots to pick up a quick lunch when I haven’t had a chance to make myself something. I love the variety of to go meals available and bulk items. I often grab some bakes Samosas and pakoras. The customer service is always friendly.

This a one of the best wellness shops on Bank Street. It is well stocked with organic groceries and has a wealth of herbs and spices. Their Wellness section has excellent selection of vitamins and oils.
Herb and Spice is a wonderful, low-waste, and inclusive shop. I typically go for the bulk spices and soaps, but the bulk foods and the desserts (especially the scones) are also a great call. Food is fresh and reasonably priced, and staff are lovely.
I had an amazing experience here. They had a wide selection of spices and great customer service. I had no idea where to start looking!
