Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT order from this company. I wanted to order some nice flowers as a surprise for my mom on her birthday. I ordered them the day before, seeing that they had next day delivery and everything seemed fine. The day of her birthday, I received an email late in the afternoon that the flowers wouldn't be arriving that day as the delivery location was not in their 1 day delivery area. This was fine. I told my mom to expect flowers, but not until the next day, and that there would be a free upgrade to the order as promised in the email I received from Bloomex. The next day came and went and the flowers didn't arrive. Annoyed, I emailed Bloomex requesting to cancel the order and get a refund. I never received a response to the email, and instead received a delivery update saying the order was now in transit and that I could track the order with Purolator....but received no tracking number. The flowers did eventually arrive 2 days late. My mom said the box was crushed and left upside down on the porch, they came with no plant food and the delivery driver just rang the doorbell and left. The flowers also do not look anything like the one's I ordered. Incredibly unimpressed and disappointed.

My go-to for flower delivery needs at work and personal use this time of pandemic and so far, it has been both easy transactions and no issues! Recipients were happy and flowers arrived on time and I was constantly updated of delivery status. So far, happy customer here!

Ordered for a friends birthday, and they were lovely - I was so happy! They don't always match up to the pictures online, and can be a little disappointing - but these were pretty and very full and healthy. The ordering was easy and arrived as scheduled.

This is a warning to the public, never purchase flowers or any product from \Bloomex\. This unprofessional company took my money and never delivered the products I ordered. I ordered the \30 tulip combo\ which comes with a card valued at 100 on February 13 2021. This order was scheduled for delivery on February 14 2021 and It's now March 9 2021 and I still haven't received my order. Valentines day was ruined for me because of this company but they seem not to care. Please don't have your special day destroyed like mine and just avoid doing any type of business with this organization. Bloomex breached our contract and is holding my money hostage. I requested reimbursement on several occasions utilizing various methods with no avail. Their online chat is useless, most of the time you're communicating with a machine which replies with automated messages that don't even address the issue. When you try to call, the majority of the time you're going to be sent to voicemail with no call back. The odd time I was able to speak with a live agent, I was told a manager would contact me to discuss my matter which never happened. No product No refund Theft Dealing with this company has been a total disaster. I highly suggest you use another company for your flower purchases. I will do my research and post alternative recommendations for your flower delivery needs.

Been sending flowers using Bloomex. They are fast and reliable. Sometimes the flowers don't match the photos of on their website 100% but it is understandable. Overall, no issues. Great way to send gifts especially during a Pandemic!
