Customer service is a hit or miss.. I’ve tolerated the miss at times but this was the last time in doing so. The most consistent staff member I’d have to say would be Kirby the doodle. Over 15 years coming to this store my parents purchased my first set of skis , second and snowboard. Now as an adult I purchased a set of cross country skis and this past October New set of downhill skis. I’ve had all of my equipment serviced at this store. Just before Christmas I called the store in checking that they would be open until 8pm. The person who answered the phone replied “yes” and then hung up on me. I should’ve known better don’t bother going in. My mistake I went to see about getting a vintage set of cross country skis waxed. The attendant who was serving me inquired with other staff about going forward. I was told it’d be 50 and not complete until after Christmas. I agreed then proceeded to browse the store. As I was still in the store, the staff member approached me and informed me that they were unable to service the skis as their was a small crack on the edge. Claiming they will split down the middle and break. Okay then... that sucks. Afterthought I asked if I could purchase wax so I could try servicing myself. The answer was “No”! With no explanation as to why.. and not asking me if I could be assisted in anything else. I proceeded to browse the store .. what do you know I actually found wax and spray Yippie I found what I needed on my own! I felt saddened and upset that I was treated this way.. it was unprofessional and just a complete turn off to say the least. I won’t return as I didn’t feel welcomed.

Awesome customer service! I got myself, and my granddaughter fitted for downhill skiing. The owner took care of us. That says a lot about this business. 6 stars if I could!
