After hearing that our hot water turned brown from Sunday to Monday, Enercare Oshawa dispatched 2 installers, Ryan and Josh to our home on Monday afternoon. With Covid still looming, both Ryan and Josh understood our concerns and were so careful to replace our water heater in record time while maintaining all safety protocols. I have to honestly say, it truly was a pleasure having them in my home. They were professional, efficient, courteous and both guys have great senses of humour. Thanks guys. Stay safe.

Steve H. Is an excellent plumber. Steve H. has consistently provided us excellent plumbing maintenance services for last few years in Whitby, Ontario. He is very efficient in his work, and also very courteous. We are so happy that yesterday, when I called Enercare for a plumbing maintenance service appointment, I specifically asked the call centre agent to send Steve. Had issue with furnace and heating.David Cook helped putting things right. He was extremely helpful and patient. He shared all the needed information that was again very very helpful. Highly recommended. Enercare . Good you have such amazing people in your team !!
The pilot light on my hot water tank was out and I was hesitant to restart it on my own. Technician MARK arrived promptly and got it going quickly as well as checking the tank over for any other problems. Mark was professional, courteous and helpful with advice on how to relight the pilot if needed in the future. But he also encouraged us to call for service if we did not feel comfortable doing it ourselves. A pleasant experience all around!
I was very pleased with the work Dwayne and Alan did for me. They installed a new hot water tank. They were very professional clean and explained what was done. They were very efficient and followed COVID rules. I would higher recommend them.
