I currently rent my hot water tank from them. It's not working properly but they won't fix it. Needless to say that as soon as I can get it replaced by someone else they can have it back.

The company itself is great! My husband called them because another company we booked five days in advance cancelled on us the day of, but Sargeant came in half hr. Great customer service. However the driver was not professional at all. After the concreate was poured, he asked if he can clean his chute so we told him he can. He poured as much concrete as we ordered in the vacant lot beside us. We had to clean up the mess he left. Jackass.
Handled our concerns promptly and professionally. Thanks again.

I have had nothing but good experience with their cardlocks and their service technicians I have had work on my furnace and 4 A/Cs installed at different properties because of the large area I get to deal with one company for everything they also help support our local communities
