I visited the store on March 8th to get information on shoe repair for a 75 y/o friend who lives in the country. I had not realized that store only opened at 11am and did intercept a gentleman as he was relocking the store. I did not appreciate how abrupt he was with me and knew that if I would not like dealing with that individual, I could not recommend that place to my friend. I was able to find her another shoe repair person in Manotick and she was very pleased with them. I will continue to recommend others away from Moneysworth.

I have been to this place a few times and always received good service from 1 specific staff member and horrible from another. I brought in my brand new shoes, never worn.. I wanted rubber heel taps as they last longer than the ones the shoes come with. I have done this many times and I was always happy. Unfortunately, this time I received my shoes with black paint on red soles. I asked if he could clean it, he said the shoes must have come this way.. however the underneath where the toe area is, is not stained - I explained that they were brand new and that they were not this way when I dropped them off yesterday. He proceeded to say 'I knew you were the picky type, never come back here'. Instead of owning up to it and apologizing (accidents happen, they are just shoes).. he turned it on me. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great service. Fixed my golf shoes in less than 24 hours. They even offered me same day service!
I would give no stars if I could. I've never repaired shoes before so I called to see if there was a general price point, and the man who picked up the phone was incredibly rude! Basically yelled at me and even after I said thank you he hung up in a huff. Lost me as a potential customer!

There were awesome, I thought I was dropping my shoe off to get repaired but they were able to do it in 5 minutes. Good as new!
For the price of ONE pair of NEW shoes, I just had 5 pairs repaired in less than 20 minutes! Amazing, polite service. Will be back!
