The Orillia staff provide excellent service. I deal with Megan and Dan most of the time, but all staff provide a high level of service. At one time, my concentrator quit at 10:30 p.m. on a weekend and within one hour, I had a new one in place. I couldn't ask for better service or such a caring group.

I have had nothing but excellent things to say about the team at VitalAire Orillia. My adult daughter is developmentally delayed and lives in a group home in the Orillia area . She is heavily reliant on her CPAP machine. However, I live more than an hour away so I'm unable to support my daughter when there is an issue with her machine, or she needs supplies. As you can imagine, this is incredibly stressful and has been made doubly complicated with COVID-19 restrictions. Finding someone who is willing to work with us and our unique situation is often challenging. Enter the team at VitalAire Orillia. Meghan has been a dream to work with and has supported us through equipment malfunctions and purchasing replacement parts, including emailing me any receipts so I can submit to our extended health insurer. I don't know what I would do without the team, and I am so appreciative their hard work and flexibility.

I have used Vital Air in Orillia since we moved from Edmonton. The staff is the best but with this covid we were directed to head office for a mask and charged an outrageous price of 284.00. I have purchased two Cpap machines from this store and it has always been a great experience with the staff. Today Tim the general manager called because I complained about the price. My wife thought she was doing a great thing ordering me a new mask Nasal 10. When Tim called he said there was no return for a product I never touched, opened still in there box but a bill of 284.00. The shipped they use(there own people I suspect) put in the box. I told him Cpap Canada online was 136.00 and it was not his problem he doesn't make the prices. I am a senior with a pension and we should always get a fair price. We always shop local in Orillia but with these prices and how he treated me? Why buy local. He was not even concerned and didn't even care. Too bad so sad. Very disappointed with the attitude. I also manage a company and customer service is a driving force today. Tell me why would anybody would want to overpay for a product and poor management attitude to buy local.
I have been a client for just over 1 year. I have found the service excellent. Delivery people are reliable and consistent with timing and orders. I used the travel options available through their office and had a concentrator and oxygen tanks delivered to my hotel while I was travelling. I recommend these guys highly

Poor, poor service, my moms machine sat for 5 months without repair!! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing!! When she said she was going someplace else they gave her less than a week to return their loner unit.
