I had some winter damage in one of my feed line's. Kathy and Dave both did a great job, looks wonderful now. They did the install of my pool 20 years ago, nice to see the service is still great. thanks

I had an awesome experience dealing with Cathy at new wave. I needed help with winterizing my hot tub, and she was able to give me a very detailed instruction on what to do. Very professional and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Spoke with a young receptionist who took my name and number down and said to give the owner a few days to call back as he is very busy. Never heard from him so we followed up after a week to see if we could get a quote. This time an older woman/receptionist answered the phone and was so rude and short tempered and told me he is so busy and how can I expect him to call back within a few days as he is the only one doing quotes at the time. It was so unnecessary for her to snap like that. Thankfully we found a more professional pool company with a much friendlier staff.

Posting on behalf of my parents. They installed a brand new-on-the-market grey liner for their new pool. Within a season, it was turned almost completely white. The owner, Cathy, told them they had put too much salt in the water, and that bleached the lining. My parents, however, had taken regular samples of water that season to another pool company. Turns out the salt levels were actually on the low side all along, and could not have bleached the liner. The manufacturer no longer produces this liner with a white backing, they have changed it took a black backing. We’re assuming this is because of the fading issues. The company says that the warranty is voided because of excess salt, even though there is direct evidence against that claim. Secondly, when the company sent its workers over to open the pool, workers thought no one was home. My mom had actually been upstairs cleaning. She saw them in the window attempt to dump all the dirty water/leaves straight into the pool, and asked them what they were doing and why they were dumping everything in the pool. They did not respond to her, and got in their truck and left without finishing. My parents were then left with a bill and a dirty pool. Lastly, the pool was designed with the main drain on the bottom. Any automatic pool cleaning apparatus gets stuck there and is rendered inoperative. My parents were shocked at how rude Cathy was. Her husband, on the other hand, they found to be a really nice hardworking guy, who was much easier to deal with.
