I love that the front desk employees greets everyone by their names. The class and instructors have lots of energy. It’s great to be in a class that incorporates both cardio and weights

Definitely an orange theme and the first workout is complimentary, meaning one free trial. Nice workout studio is by appointment only because it's the only way to reserve a personal trainer for your time slot. Very friendly front desk staff that answered my questions with a smile. This fitness club is linked to Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness South Surrey. Thanks .....

Even if I’m feeling tired I’m always able to get a great workout in. The team is really encouraging and motivate me to keep it up. Doing different exercises every day helps keep it interesting and fun. There are also personal challenges and group challenges that help me give a bit extra effort.
