Poor customer service. Technician had no idea of how to troubleshoot problem. Ordered wrong part, 2.25 hours and not repaired. Fixed myself. Will never use this company again.

Friendly staff. Excellent service. We got our a/c from them. They service our furnace and a/c every year.
Did not show up when scheduled. Did not call to say they couldn't make it. Did not answer calls. When I finally reached on phone the receptionist was rude. The plumber who eventually came was super nice though. Requested a quote about another service we were interested in and they did not ever follow up to provide a quote so I will take my business elsewhere.
I got a service call about an intermittent heating problem with my Mitsubishi ductless unit, the tech came, said we needed to clean filters- that were already clean and he didn't know what else to do...I paid for nothing changed...it got warmer and then this winter when it got cold, the problem surfaced again. Another tech came and spent an hour and a half trouble shooting the ductless units, then came to the conclusion that the heat pump needed to be cleaned- which he did...200 charge for something the first tech should have remedied ...I am not paying for unprofessional work. Manager said he is sending bill collectors after me- go ahead
Thank you so much for fixing our heat pump as quickly as you did. We appreciated the good tips Mike gave us as well. Great company! We have also had plumbing issues fixed by Tom in the past. Your customer service is awesome and we are enjoying the cooler house now. Thanks again!!
