Took a chair (boxed in original packaging) to this UPS store as requested by Way-fair to return. The lady there said “we are not taking that, we are not a warehouse we are a retail store”. She went on to say that she will not allow that box to sit over the weekend in her store. . I drove 10 min down the road to another UPS “retail store” and they took the box without any issue. They were surprised by the conduct of the other UPS store. I guess UPS needs to review their internal policies on how their stores operate and maybe call them UPS envelopes only stores. Sorry but never going back there again. Either you are UPS or you are not.

Worst location and service. All signs say they close at 6:30, I arrived at 5:55 pm and they would not open the door. I asked to speak to somone to see why they closed early and would just give me a bad look and continue to work without opening the door while 2 workers were inside. I WILL NEVER USE UPS EVER AGAIN AND HOPE NO ONE ELSE DOES BECAUSE THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!
This store is always closed. At least it feels that way. Either someone is inside and they don’t open the door even though in google search it says the store is still open or it’s just closed like all the time. God this area needs better postal and printing services.
Went to this location three times! Friday at 05:30 because Google business shows it’s open until 6:30. Went there Saturday and again it was closed, but Google business saying it was open, than today (Monday) again Google business showing it was open since 09:00, but guess what? 09:40 it was closed because they only open at 10:00. What a joke, they don't even care about their Google Business post, no wonder they have a 2.8 overall rate. I went to the UPS at Neagawa and shipped my package in 5 min. They are getting a 5 star.
Avoid this UPS store. Similar to others comments, I was turned away because this place is not for return package. What a terrible experience! The Canada Post office next door is way much better.
