This is my first review ever because I am so impressed with this store. Unbelievable job. Well Done Gentlemen. I have visited this store on Friday and store representative CHAXU and Store Manager AMIT was there. I wanted to send medicine to my mother in states and she ran out of medicine so she needs as soon as possible. I explained my situations to this store and They try their best to send medication to my mom next day which was Saturday. They sent it very very affordable price and also they have prepared shipping box for me as well as they promised me they will take care everything to delivered on Saturday. They label everything properly and also they made special label for Saturday delivery. And finally I heard very impressive news on Saturday. Manager called me on Saturday and inform me package was delivered successfully. It means they Keep monitoring my package continually it is such a great service. I would love to see both gentlemen very soon with printing and some other service. Thank you for your Amazing Service.

Simply because they have their time on Google business right. If your business shows open in Google and it is closed, just make people waste their time. That's what happened to me three times when trying to go to the UPS store at Glen Abbey on Third Line they got a 1 star review for that. Congrats to this UPS location my parcel as sent in 5 min and your Google Business post is up to date with your open times. The attitude of the front desk person could be a bit better, but overall was a good experience.
Worst location to drop your items for courier. Terrible customer service and lazy. I dropped 4 items and asked the guy for a receipt or proof for receiving my packages, he said we don’t give receipt due to COVID. I asked to call head office or owner and the owner even more rude and he doesn’t want to give a receipt. I didn’t leave the store until I took one. It took him less than 5 seconds to scan the packages and print the receipt. Terrible customer service and in fact this is not the first time I have bad experience with this location! Never again!! Canada Post across the street do better job and provide better customer service!
V bad experience using their services. I sent courier via DHL to India through this store & it is pending delivery from last 15 days. They did not keep their promise of delivering on time. A few days of delay I could have ignored, but a delay of more than 10 days is highly unacceptable. I called the store to check and they had no answer and told me it will get delivered in a day or so. The package had my mum’s vitamin supplements as she is ill and cannot walk! Never going to recommend them.
Highly recommend this Ups store. I am living nearby this UPS Store and whenever I call, They always respond to me and they always respond with politeness and humbleness. They always help me with my all couriers as well as my printing and my return packages. I would like to share one of the great service , I have received today from this store. I have called this store today and i have request them to sent out 3 large size boxes to USA from my home, it was heavy and i could not able to lift those packages. Manager Picked up phone and before I request to manager to pickup from my home those packages, He told me I will pickup today from your home. I was so happy and I felt like this store is like my family because they can read my mind. Manager came after 20 mins to my home and picked up all my 3 boxes alone in this cold weather. Therefore, I went to store to filled out some paperwork and another gentleman his name is Hardik, help me and explained me all stuff for this shipment. He is also polite and humble with me and and all other customers who visited store during I was there. This store all strictly follow covid-19 Protocols. Both gentleman Wear masks all the time. I would like to let owner knows, Both gentlemen Deserve Promotions because both of them have eager to learn, how to improve more to give better service to customer. I would like to tell my neighbor to visit this store. Thank you,
