My AE Higgins Mill (Chromexcel) suffered a large deep cut on one boot and fellow owners of the same pair told me they were damaged beyond any repair. It was ShoeMedic who performed some stunning quality of work and brought my favorite boots back to life. Truly unbelievable. This repair was done in early October of 2020 and for the last 3 months I have been getting more looks and compliments on the boots than when I had them for the first entire year of ownership. They have been worn at least twice a week and have been on some light trails (dirt, gravel, tall grass) and survived a downpour as well and still look marvelous. Thank you, ShoeMedic!

I was recommended this cobbler from some of my coworkers - and it's lived up to the hype. I had a pair of Allen Edmonds dress shoes resoled and relined. There was a small cosmetic detail that I brought the shoes back in for after the initial visit. They quickly apologized and offered to address it with a very quick turnaround time. Extremely professional, to the point and transparent service - which is great. I'm not a shoe expert, but they seem to use higher end materials than other repair shops I've been to. Highly recommend, and will definitely be going back!
Very knowledgeable. What I wanted was not able to be done cheaper than buying new but it was very well explained and if it wasn't for the way the manufacturer put some parts together it would have been viable. Again though the knowledge was deep.
Had a great experience at Shoe Medic getting my purse fixed! This place is awesome and the customer service is excellent! They do all kinds of repairs and specialize in repairs for luxury items. Will be bringing all my designer purses here, its the only reliable and trustworthy place I've found.
I brought my louboutins in for repair and when I came to pick them up....the shoes were displayed on the shelf with a shoe holder inside my shoes. Now these are 1000 shoes, i dont understand why my shoes are being put on display for their marketing and furthermore, why anything shoe holder is being put in my expensive shoes. If they want to market by dispaying high end shoes....i suggest they buy a few pairs and display them. Very unprofessional!!
