Got an amazing deal!! 8 piece set for 32!
They were rude, dismissive and put no effort into trying help me while attempting to return chairs I purchased from them. I was directed todo so in the manner I did from the head office of Bed Bath & Beyond multiple times. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with multiple representatives who all directed me to return the item by dropping it off outside to the store and yet this store refused to accept it intentionally being rude while doing so. I’ve never experienced such poor customer facing service in my life. Brook and Joana were the representative who I dealt with from this location. I’ve had good experiences with representatives from the other locations it was just this one location that treated me so poorly with zero consideration of the customer resulting in a very unpleasant experience. The other location I spoke with which was further away even said they would except the return. The lack of regard for my time and the unnecessary rude manner I received was absolutely ridiculous, this is not how you treat customers. I try to be as kind and helpful as I can be in and outside of work. Is it so much to expect the same especially when that individual is representing a customer facing business.

I love BedBathBeyond products including this store! However; there is one employee, her name is Joanne. On 3 past different occasions, I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with her. Every-time time she makes it impossible to use my 20% off coupon. She says the code doesn't work. And when I ask for store managers, they kindly accept my coupon. I have also noticed Joanne targets specifically customers of specific ethnicity. She seems to have issues with olive skin tone. I feel the moment I enter the store, Joanne seems to have an issue with me. Despite the fact that my entire house is furnished with Bad&Beyond products and I have been a shareholder of BBBY stocks.
