Amrit and Sara are amazing! We were looking to buy a house and in need of a mortgage broker and so glad we found them. They got us an amazing deal that met all the conditions we were looking for and all of that in record time. Beyond the mortgage itself, the two of them are lovely people - professional but also very caring and attentive. They communicated with us and kept us updated during the whole process, checking in, answered all of our questions, and went over and beyond in putting our mind at ease. Amrit and Sara are one of the most personable, friendly and kind people you will ever work with. In my first initial meeting over the phone with Amrit, I was thoroughly impressed by the amount of detail and information he covered, it was very easy for me to understand the entire process. He is super knowledgeable and can translate complex financial terms into much more easy to understand language. This is especially useful for first-time mortgage seekers, who often have so much to learn. Both Amrit and Sara are highly responsive to e-mails and always got back promptly. In my case, they worked on a relatively tight deadline which made their work more impressive. I would highly recommend Amrit and his team if you are in need of a mortgage.

Let me begin with a little history to provide context for Mr. Bains and his assistance. I am a single woman in business with many write offs and thus a low income. I was forced to find private funding and at first found a one year mortgage at a much higher rate with the BIG GUN radio flavoured competition. The service was horrible and I felt as if I were corralled and forced into offers I did not want but was \told\ were the only things out there for me. I renewed private loans annually at a great expense to my financial, mental and emotional health. I was told by the big radio competition that it was not appropriate to follow up every few days. I had the experience of being fed a new fee at every turn and the amounts added up in an excruciating manner. At the end of my rope, I took the time to speak with another Broker and found Amrit Bains. In the end he secured what I was \told\ by the\ BIG GUN\ that I could not find. He eased me into a longer mortgage at a better rate and the service was extraordinary. Amrit makes it his policy to keep his clients updated and there is no mystery or big surprise in lending fees. What is most amazing for myself, my family and my future is that Amrit was able to get me out of the world of private lending and big fees and into a secure \A\ lender in a 5 year mortgage: a feat that was not possible with the \BIG GUN\ . Amrit and Sara went out of their way ... above and beyond! I always felt like a client, respected and informed. My future is much more secure because Amrit took the time to see the bigger picture. After working with 4 mortgage companies in 5 years, I do 100% believe that you, the client are best off in the hands of someone who really cares.
