9 a.m. pick up, wasn't so bad. Fast loading, paperwork preparation was longer though. No rude talking, maybe because the office is full of people.

One more worse place for delivery and pick up. Rude staff. No body wants do his job good in this company. Ressiver black women is boorish with drivers. It's the same bad place for delivery like loblaws and Sobeys.p
Organized and nice people but a little more speed would be nice along with the addition of some dock lights

Worst place for truckers, the lady working there she is utmost rude and bad behaviour toward truckers .Had to wait in freezing cold for almost n hour to get paperwork from dispatch office
