The friendly people at Norwood tent and awning have just installed my new car wash curtains and they look fantastic. Their customer service is exceptional with the sales manager being very clear and concise. The new curtains have really revamped my business. Would highly recommend for businesses that are refreshing their look!

Very bad experience. Ordered a large awning for my front window. I have a lovely view and it was important that I could still enjoy it. The awning came and it was so low that I can’t see past the edge of my front lawn when I’m sitting . He refused to help or offer any solution.. just argued . Told me they would make me another one , full price!! Never again. Very disappointed with them .
Wish I could give them a zero star. Very rude service, over priced quote for 2 grommets! 50 . Never going back!
Fast and friendly service. Best 10 X 10 weekend tent rental price AND quality in town. Thanks so much for helping us celebrate our daughters first birthday during this pandemic. Definitely made customers of us for life.
Disappointed in Norwood's policies. Husband had booked a large tent for a gathering in two weeks time, back when Covid19 cases were low. Decided to cancel the event due to rising cases and not wanting to risk anyone's health. We aren't receiving any back for a 500 order, we left a 200 deposit and that as well as the rest of the full amount is being asked for, despite giving 2 weeks notice. We would like to continue with the party but it just isn't safe for 30 people, especially if group sizes are limited again! We are happy to be making this decision to cancel, but disappointed that we have to pay the full price and not just the deposit, which we would expect to.
