My fridge was broken so I called the fridge doctor. The technician came and said that the thermostat is broken. He replaced it and said it's working. He didnt bother to stay to make sure it's working. Next day I come and find the fridge blowing hot air. The technician came again and said that now the fan is broken. He replaced it and had the nerve to ask me for more money. Next day the fridge was blowing hot air again. Called them AGAIN and they said that I have to pay for them to come again. After i refused to pay because it's their mistake AGAIN they said go with another company. So i did. The NEW technician from another co.pany came and found that the last technician left the wire IN the fan and the fan cut the wire in half. I called them back to tell them that it's their fault and i want part of my money back and the receptionist just said \good thing you went with another technician\ and hung up !!!

Biggest scam of a company I have ever dealt with. Sold me a fridge with “1 year warranty”. Freezer doesnt work. Ice maker was broken. Lies about the tech coming out. Dont answer calls but respond by texts. Gave the run around. Address of company is a random house. AVOID DONT LET THESE BUMS GET YOU
Stay away at all cost! Would give them no stars if I could. This company takes fridges that are meant for the scrapyard and fixes them up JUST enough so they look like they're working when you're there. The fridge I bought broke two months after I picked it up - my repairman says it wasn't fixable and should never have been sold to me the way that it was patched up. What a hassle!! Please, for all that is good in the world, stay away!!
Easily one of the most difficult and dishonest companies Ive dealt with. Never again.
