This is a place where everybody should go to get their vehicles, customer service is excellent, I would like to mention Gregory Dennis for helping me out and provided me with a very nice car, high trim level and a low km. Communication is excellent, he lets you know every step they do. Oh did i mention fast service too... i got the car from the inquiry to driving it in less than a week. And interacting with Gregg is very pleasant, personal and professional. I trust these guys and 100% sure if i need another vehicle they will be the 1st one on my list. I am beyond happy with my recent trade in experience with Sun Auto/Canada Auto Approval and specifically with Finance Manager, Juman Hadid! Her customer service, ability to get everything settled and have the new vehicle delivered to me in a timely manner was incredible! Especially important in a time of a pandemic where getting to the city has been difficult. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in just a few weeks and I love my new Nissan Rogue! It offers so much space without being overly large. It is just what I wanted and we look forward to making new memories in a safer vehicle.
My wife and I saw a car on Kijiji Sunday morning. We messaged and were looking at the car Sunday afternoon. It wasn't what we were looking for but by the end of the week I was in a much nicer car for less money. The transaction was seamless and done in less than 24hrs.
