I am INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with Spokes and Sports professionalism, customer service and expertise. I called to inquire about ordering a bike and Andrei provided me with knowledgeable over-the-phone advice and impeccable service. The manager, Alex, followed up and the bike was ready for pick-up within 24 hours! I am truly BLOWN AWAY by their customer service...and our child is thrilled with the new bike (with bell and kickstand professionally installed)! THANK YOU staff at Spokes and Sports! :)

After I decided that I wanted to get the 2020 TREK Madone SL 7, I needed to decide which shop to buy it from. Given that nobody had them in stock and the bike was only available through special ordering from TREK, there could not have been a better bike shop to get the bike through than Spokes and Sports. Alex has been a great help throughout the pain staking process of getting the bike shipped in during the pandemic through various shipping delays. Frankly I was a bit concerned with the absence of higher end bikes in their store and website, but I would highly recommend you buy your next bike regardless of the price range from these guys. Dan and Jordan took great care building my bike and I'm sure they will be great in assisting with any future maintenance or repairs. Thanks!
Have always had a great experience here for bikes and hockey. Just got my bike tuned up and some parts replaced and Jordan was super helpful and fast getting everything done. Bike is like new now just have to wait for some warmer weather but glad I got in before the Spring madness!
Great place for skates and curling gear. Very helpful for transplants who are new to skating. They remember us each year as the kids need new skates. Nice bike and skateboard selection as well. Will come back in the summer. They have Lots of curling stuff too; maybe I will try to learn from my friend at some point.
Exceptional customer service! While Spokes and Sports is normally our go-to place for the kids, I recently was looking to purchase adult skates and helmet for myself after not skating since I was a child. The staff was extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping me select the right sizing over the phone due to current lockdown. Could not recommend them more!
