I originally booked an appointment here because of the great Google reviews. Good to know they live up to the hype. I was late for my appointment so that cut into their lunch time...still Dr Burroughs took her time to clearly explain what she was doing throughout the appointment and answered all my questions. I did not feel at all rushed. All of the staff is very friendly. Probably the best eye appointment experience I have had to date. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Sheppard Leslie Optometry. Dr. Burroughs and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very safe with the COVID-19 precautions being taken.
I had such a wonderful experience with Sheppard Leslie Optometry! The staff is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Burroughs is amazing! My exam was thorough, she took her time explaining everything and most importantly, she was engaging in real conversations with me and getting to know me. I think building a rapport is an incredibly important part of a doctor-patient relationship. I was pretty nervous about my appointment and Dr. Burroughs did a great job reassuring me and was even making me laugh. Thanks for everything! You guys are amazing!
Dr. Burroughs is the most knowledgeable optometrist I’ve met. She provided excellent care to my daughter. She communicated with us in a way that we felt comfortable and able to understand my daughter’s condition and options. Excellent clinic with excellent hours.
Dr. Burroughs was amazing!! She is very meticulous about her work, but also has a way of making people feel very comfortable. I can’t recommend this office enough. They really go above and beyond. We had an amazing experience. Thanks Shepard Leslie Optometry!!
