I asked for a mango slush with tapioca and a strawberry slush with tapioca , and i got no tapioca in my drinks and i asked the lady , I wanted tapioca and she said its not ready!!!!! I said that she should have told me she said i didnt hear you !!! I ordered two drinks and I said tapioca two times !! Did you really not heard me or just ignoring me and not simply let me know you dont have them??? This is a prank , dont tell the customer what you dont have and say i didnt hear you!! Not even excuse the customer, so poor customer service. Never going back.

Came here yesterday 30 min before they close. I ordered the large mango slush. It was little bit busy so a female staff ran out of mango. So she added more water to my drink. It taste like water. I'm really disappointed. Also customer service in this location is so poor. When its busy they just want to get you anything so you leave. Customer service always bad.

I ordered Taro slushy bubble tea. Taste was really good, but tapiocas was toooo hard!!!!
My favourite location to go to at all times for bubble tea. Great service, and great quality of bubble tea! Their strawberry banana smoothie is my number one favourite. The bubble tea itself feels very fresh! The renovated shop also provides space for people to sit and enjoy bubble tea, and provides a more welcoming space.
