This place is conveniently located in a small mall, directly on top of the Yonge-Sheppard subway. It has a mall entrance and street entrance. From my understanding, it's linked to the parking garage below as well. The environment is clean and well lit. There are plenty of chairs and tables, so you can stay and work on your laptop without feeling like you're hogging a table. There is wifi here and a washroom in the mall area. The music was not too loud, so it's a great place to study at or meet up to chat with friends. The service here is fast and friendly. The tapioca texture and the tea was executed well. This might be my favourite stop for bubble tea in the Yonge-Sheppard area so far, because it's not overly busy/crowded.

I like the brown sugar milk tea that I got here. I like that this place has seating at the top. Make sure to get less sugar as the regular option tends to be very sweet.
First time to visit this location after visiting LCBO. There were 2 staff while I was in. I am the only customer in the store. I feel that they do not want to be there. The lady that I interacted was barely interested in my business. I asked about the promotions, they gave me the one word answers. I felt that I was really bothering her. I had a bad experience. I hope this is only because of COVID 19...
Really love the flavours of the green tea based options - a bit steep in price compared to other bubble tea locations. I tried the mango slush - wish it had more fresh fruit than powder but it was okay. Absolutely LOVE the QQ Passion Fruit Green tea. As an FYI the pic in store is accurate and it comes with jelly already (I added mango poppers for 0.75 but if I had known I wouldn’t have added more). Yummy flavour and the tea is fresh. Regular was 5.99 and additional add ins are 0.75 (in the Emerald building but close to office buildings which is probably why they sell at more of a premium vs spots further down Yonge towards Finch). Friendly service too and really nice to stay in and sit!
