Explained repeatedly what I wanted to be done for two pairs of shoes. Have only dealt with shoemaker over the years. Staff needed to seriously learn English language, made me pay in full before work, and refused to finish properly what was asked for. Left shoes there and requested shoe maker to call me as soon as possible. Went back next day: no conversation, no finished shoe and staff attitude the worse. Will find someone else to finish - will never go back.
