Many a pair of my and my family's shoes and boots have been brought back to life by Bob and his team. The work they do is absolutely fantastic and they go above and beyond to ensure the quality of their workmanship is always top notch. Customer service is wonderful and always friendly. In addition to the very professional repairs, they always offer great tips and advice on how to take good care of your footwear. I will not entrust my shoes and boots to anyone other than Bob for any and all repairs. I am a customer for life! I wish I could give them a 50 star review!! Thank you guys, so much!
I brought a pair of blundstone work boots here he charged me 100 dollars to replace the elastics and the pull tabs within 5 days the elastics were permanently stretched so I brought them back and he attempted to repair them again but within 5 more days the elastics were stretched and one of the pull tabs ripped off. I brought them back yet again and he told me I "pulled too hard" and he was going to charge me for the repairs. Word advice if you have work boots dont bring them here. He cannot fix them properly. Then on top of already paying 100 he wants more money to repair his own mistakes. poor service
Bob is really professional and did an amazing job on my boots in such a short time. They are really fair when it comes to repair charges as well. Definitely will go back and recommend it to everyone.
