We recently downsized and thought it to be a good time to replace our old and aesthetically lacking appliances specifically our fridge. CAS made our experience so so much easier. We found a great deal on a fridge-freezer that matched the dimensions we were looking for. It works so well and matches the interior of the new kitchen perfectly. Fantastic job by CAS!

I had a wonderful experience with David and the Canadian Appliance team last week. The dishwasher at our cottage had died and I had renters coming in the next day. David was able to help me get a quality unit at a great price. He was professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him and Canadian Appliance - I will be back in the fall for a new gas range for our home.
We just purchased a new refrigerator and they were amazing from start to finish. They are professional, reliable and dependable. We were told that our fridge would be delivered on in 4 days and it arrived just as scheduled. The driver called us upon arrival, waited patiently for my husband to get to the house and offered his assistance. They certainly went above our expectations and we highly recommend them. Thank you.
(Previously a 5 star review) I've had wonderful experiences with this store in the past, but recently have discovered some problematic changes in their delivery service. I would caution anyone living in a condo building, that this company's delivery service is no longer flexible, communicative, or accommodating for the logistics required for condo delivery. They will provide a very wide time slot only 24 hours before and you will have no input. If you cannot coordinate to their satisfaction when they decide to show up, they will hit you with a 99 rescheduling fee or you'll have to pay a restocking fee if you wish to refund (which is much higher). The driver has full authority to cancel on you for any reason, and you will be forced to pay this steep fee. In my case the driver reported that I didn't have the elevator booked, so that he could cancel - even though I did. It doesn't matter how much you plead to their management, delivery staff, or sales staff to fix the problem, there's nothing they will do to make the process more accommodating for you. They won't even help to ensure this doesn't happen on the second delivery attempt, or the third. They are excellent on the sales and purchasing end, but on the back end it can truly be a nightmare. For this reason I can no longer recommend CSA or trust them for my appliance needs.
I originally bought a fridge at Home Depot, however, their communication and service were awful and I returned the fridge before it had even been delivered. I researched and found CAS to be competitively priced. Being overwhelmed with their online selection, I went into their showroom off Caledonia Road. The sales person was happy to help me narrow down a selection. I discovered a German brand, Blomberg, and was impressed with the style. I received it on time and it is beautiful! So quiet and fits in my small kitchen perfectly. And the price was great at 1,700. Helpful staff. Great selection. Thanks!
