Had an order of a key copy. Received key doesn’t work. I had a second visit, they fixed the key and promised that it must work but it didn’t happen. This key didn’t open the door again. I had the third visit and when I politely describe the problem the man from this store returned money and pushed me out of the story rudely PS: Ive made a key copy in the another place and got a perfect result immediately

This store is a small family run business trying to survive a pandemic in a very expensive location. The negative reviews are too harsh given that three people run this shop all by themselves - a husband, a wife, and a son. I’ve gone here for years to get keys cut and they can cut types that the machine at Walmart can’t. Support small businesses. They’re important.

I recently brought them four band-name shoes to add extra layers to the bottom of all four pairs. The work done is exceptional. I’m very satisfied. Thank you! The owners are nice with great customer service. Highly recommended.
I took a pair of UGGs to clean and repair and they did a great job. They cleaned all the salt from many winters and they patched a part where they were ripped and refilled the area with wool as well. They look brand new now and I get to keep them for many more years. The owner is super friendly as well. Price was fair.
