We used Vanheat Services to install a new furnace and heat pump for our home. From start to finish, they were very responsive and professional including helping me through the process for rebates and providing the forms required. The final invoice came in as quoted and team that did the installation took their time and completed a quality installation. They also went above and beyond providing a service warranty for the new equipment beyond what the manufacturer provided

I had a new furnace installed and was so impressed with the work ethics of Shaun and the two technicians installing the new furnace. I did not know this quality of service still existed. Shaun came out to perform maintenance on our gas furnace and gas fireplace. He found a gas leak at the furnace and he immediately shut the gas off. Thanks for keeping us safe! We opted to have the furnace replaced and I talked to him about our very dusty house. We had already discovered that one of the cold air returns wasn't ducted through the filter. Shaun and his crew arrived exactly on time the next morning to install our new furnace. The furnace and hot water heater are in a very small space and there was no room to re-direct the return in question. Through some very innovative thinking and superior skills, Shaun and his crew of 2 were able to craft a second slot for a filter which will take care of the previously unfiltered cold air. I am happy to replace two filters if dust doesn't build up overnight! I highly recommend Vanheat for any maintenance, repairs, or installations. This crew was hard-working, polite, tidy, and respectful. Shaun provided us with all of the paperwork we needed to apply for our rebates. Thanks so much for such great service and a job well done!
