Hi Tony Alison and I had a great ride home after leaving Reckless on Saturday. We are very pleased with our e-bikes thus far and are waiting for better weather to get back outside. I have been researching e-bikes for almost a year and am glad that we decided on the Royal Dutch brand. Your salesmanship and enthusiasm really closed the deal for us and as I told you on Saturday, we have already recommended your business to our friends who are also interested in getting their own e-bikes. Great customer service! We rented two e-bikes and the rental process was seamless. Clean helmets, brand new bikes. Gentleman explained the bike functions and answered all our questions thoroughly. They also rent ski/snowboards! we will absolutely be back to take advantage of those services.

Fast, affordable, and personable. They were responsive and professional with my rental booking for downhill skiing gear. The fitting was quick and the questions asked to fine tune the fitting showed a knowledge of downhill skiing and my relative experience. It is a ski rental shop that is within spitting distance of the cypress shuttle, with better rental rates than the mountain and fast, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Why wait for older gear on the mountain and get stressed out?

Nothing but great customer service. Tony and his team more than accommodating, tuned up my bike and made adjustments to the bike to ensure a more comfortable ride. Sure appreciate the friendly, effective service & that they explain what the did to the bike. STRONGLY recommend this bike shop.

AMAZING SERVICE! You can't go wrong here. I accidentally booked boots with my snowboard rental online and Bosco sent a refund e-mail within seconds. Super knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions. The snowboard was in mint condition and all set up ready go upon pick up. I will definitely be returning for future rentals.

Highly recommend this place! As a first time customer and a newbie to skiing, I didn't really know equipment. Tony is super knowledgable patient and gave recommendations for every piece of equipment, ensuring that we have both comfort and safety. He also tweaked the skis to ensure they suit our height/weight and our skill level. The equipment was in excellent condition and fit perfectly. Would totally recommend!

Bosco is awesome! Very good costumer service. The skis and snowboards are literally brand new. I personally haven't seen a rental that gives newer gear to the costumers. Will definitely go back to try the e-bikes in the summer.

Great equipment to rent. I rented skis from them and they gave excellent service. They paid attention to every detail for what I wanted from beginner to intermediate on my skis settings. I would come back again and rent. Most likely come back in the summer to try their EBikes. Thank you.
