Words can't describe how amazing a mortgage broker and supporter Sandro has been for our family. He has worked with us on 2 occasions (2017 & 2021) so far and both mortgages were not simple by any means. However Sandro and his team were able to tactfully and creatively help us reach our goals while making strategic recommendations to ensure what was best for us. The processes of borrowing were always smooth, efficient, and simple. His communication is consistent and his genuine care and interest in our goals has always been at the forefront. Sandro is much more than a mortgage broker and we wouldn't be where we are without him and his team (some love to Saied too as he is a tireless worker!). Working with Sandro at PCMG to get a construction mortgage was an excellent experience. If I were to describe Sandro in a few words I would say he is hard working, dedicated, a straight up guy. Right off the bat Sandro was personable and knowledgeable. I never received the \salesman\ pressure you typically receive from other brokers. He understood our need right away and was able to suggest a few of good options. He follows up and responds quickly and he was able to get a great interest rate. Highly recommended.
Sandro was a first time home buyers dream! His knowledge and calming presence made the whole process less stressful. He presented us a variety of mortgage options and carefully explained the various choices. He even follows up if there is a change in the market and presents us with new options.
