I've struggled to find a reliable local bike shop and stumbled across Obsession thanks to a friends recommendation, and they do not disappoint. The owner James is a great guy, and his staff is super knowledgeable. I even had a crash on a new rig and they sorted out me out quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Was looking for a XC bike to supplement my Enduro bike and Obsession had a few 2019 Scott Sparks at a great price. Team were excellent in getting me setup with the right fit and discussing options for future upgrades. This was my first purchase from Obsession but I suspect not my last. Great work guys.
Obsession became my local bike shop when I was in need of service and was looking for a shop- there are many choices in North Vancouver! I chose Obsession for its committment to community involvement, their closeness to my home, and their customer service. Today I'm in tears of gratitude for their donation to my school/classroom. A student was in need of equipment for participation in our extracurricular activities, and Obsession came through. My student will now be able to participate, be safe, have fun, and work towards his fitness goals! Thank you especially to Matt for your excellent and timely help!
My dual suspension mountain bike suffered a chain issue and a flat tire during my Ride To Conquer Cancer in 2018 and a brake failure part way through my RTCC in 2019. James and his team were always there to get me up and riding again and able to cross the finish line. They fixed the issue no problem and even had me in the shop for a bike fitting for a new bike. They walked me through on how to correct my posture and adjust to my first road bike. It feels like flying! Shop here, the experience won't disappoint.
