George did great job for our new boiler installation. All the pipes were installed very well organized and he also provided us advice how to operate and some tips about maintenance as well as energy saving. He is very professional and worked for Milani for 15 years. We were so glad that you came to our house for boiler installation, George! Well done and we appreciated your professionalism!

Had an ugly blockage that required more than a simple snaking out. Rob was awesome, he cleared the blockage, explained what he was doing and why, showed us the pipe with a camera giving us a running explanation of what we were seeing. Bill was fully explained and detailed.....and far less than we had thought it would be. Thanks, too, to Kenny who initially diagnosed the problem and Mike, you guys rock! Have used Milano in the past for other services and have never been disappointed. Fast, friendly, thoroughly professional, absolute reliable. Thumbs up!
The job was to disconnect the dishwasher and cap the supply & drain pipe. The job was not complete in the 1 hour period and I was billed 200 (rounded up) for an incomplete job. At 200/hr one would expect a 20 minute job to be done in the allotted one hour period and to be done right. Plumber was not prepared to complete this very very simple job. I am extremely disappointed with this service. 02Feb2021 Update: I spoke with Chris at Milani and he explained to me what the hold up was with the job. I was hasty in my comments above and see that there are always two ways of looking at any problem. He further went out of his way to make sure that the job got completed going above and beyond. Chris had the problem resolved to my satisfaction and beyond. My faith in their service has been renewed and I'd totally recommend their service to any of my friends. Well done and thank you Chris! 01Mar2021 Total cost 391.66 so basically 400. A little on the pricey side. They claimed that there were issues with the plumbing but there weren't any issues for the past 20 years and everything looked clean and in good order to my eyes. They did what was asked and then some more and billed me for the \some more\ part after they said they wouldn't. They didn't send me the invoice for the \some more\ part until after I complained about the charge on my charge card. Everything is said and done so it is what it is.
Taylor did a wonderful job, answering questions that I asked so I understood what was being done. He made sure the hot water tank and kitchen faucet and drain pipes were functioning properly, both work areas were cleaned up as he was going. Totally impressed.
Ron was fabulous and meticulously went through my list, fixing as he went. It's so great to have a plumber in your back pocket. Will use them/him again if needed
