I've had to call ILAC twice now and both times they have been incredible. The first call was to fix a broken circuit board in our oven. The second was to fix a broken dryer drum. Both times they came out on the same day that I called - amazing. They were very clear about the call-out charge and costs for parts and labour. Great service. Very trustworthy. Hopefully I won't have to call them again but if something else breaks down ILAC will be at the top of my list. Thanks guys!

I called for a service repair at about 9AM on January 4, 2021 and our washer was repaired before noon. I emailed in a photo of the model and serial number decal, described the issue, and Lewis the technician showed up with the suspected parts needed and didn't waste any time repairing the machine. They somehow made room for the visit in a fully booked schedule. More than impressive service!
The folks at ILAC are simply brilliant. They can repair or diagnose virtually any appliance problem, and if they can't fix it, they probably know who can. They'll always go the extra mile to find an obscure part, or to fit us into the schedule if there's an emergency. I don't know what we'd do without their expertise, and their quick and thorough work and advice. So grateful ILAC is here in our community.

BEWARE Scammers. Brought my dryer in for a squeeling noise. Paid a 84 in cash to diagnose problem. 4 days later was called saying dyer was not worth fixing as drum was warped. I found another repair person who actually opened it up. (He said they didn't actually take this apart based on the dust still under the cover) Well all it needed was a 100 rear bearing which ilac didn't even mention. The drum is not warped and the dryer is good as new. How many other people fell for this just so they can keep your 84. Sad they have been around awhile probably taking advantage of many others. *This is far from a fake review I have never left a review but I feel ripped off. The fact I wasn't given the option for the easy fix and told my drum was warped was a complete lie. The 84 dollars was supposed to go towards the repair. If this is a fake report tell me how much you charge for a diagnosis. I bet it's 84. My dryer back cover where the rear drum bearing was never taken off. Which leads me to believe nothing was truly done to diagnose the problem. I believe the guy I dealt with was Sean. He said someone else works on them which is probably you. His only solution was for me to buy a used Samsung you had if I wanted to use my money I gave for diagnoses.
