North Vancouver Drug Testing

Called and set an appointment. They cancelled by text on the day of, because of a family emergency. I tried to reschedule but they didn't reply. I finally rescheduled when I called them on a whim, about two weeks later. Today was my appointment. I called about ten minutes prior to arrival, because I needed help finding the place. The person who answered the phone told me they'd been 'rear ended', and that they wouldn't be in at all today. Why not tell me before I drove for half an hour to your business? Plus getting rear ended is one of the oldest excuses in the book, and why would it stop you from doing your job for an entire day? I no longer believe this person's story about their family emergency either, and have zero ability to respect someone who would lie about something like that. Let alone a person who wasted my time (and was condescending to me on the phone as a bonus). Stay far away!
