Called and asked to help me with a Microwave Oven 2-1 unit, when the manufacturer customer care couldn't send anyone to help. The manufacturer also didn't find the part and suggested a long wait time. Apline team (Bruce and Beatrice) went above and beyond to find the part for me much earlier, and have someone to come in and fix it for us on time. Great Customer Service and good communication, even directly contacting the manufacturer for me. Appreciate their help.

I called Bruce to install our new Meile gas cooktop. We have had Alpine do other work for us and did a terrific job so didn’t hesitate to call again. This was challenging as our granite countertop needed to be widened and was no issue for his experienced team. The finished work was excellent as always.
