Great service! Highly recommend this company. Professional, reliable and to say the least qualified. Our 5 year old LG refrigerator (linear compressor) broke, the compressor to be exact. We have contacted two other companies to get an estimate on repair, and both gave us an estimated total of 1000, one of them called back to say that after all it is more likely to be around 1800. Finally we spoke to John at Appliance Pros who gave us an estimated total of just over 400 if I remember correctly, but he right away mentioned that LG Canada offered a flat rate on compressor repair and we are best to contact them directly to see if our refrigerator falls under the criteria. And it did! 280 Thank you John. John came to fix our appliance. He was quick, polite and very professional. He used a mat for his tools, which I greatly appreciate. Answered all questions and gave advice on preventative measures.

Came out looked at the fridge, I paid 100 just for them to come out! said parts would be in in 5 days. It’s been almost 3 weeks and no one answers the phone or returns my calls and they don’t respond to emails
We hired Valley Central to replace a faulty door latch switch in our Kitchenaid OTR microwave. The staff I dealt with over the phone (Stefan for parts, Amanda for scheduling) were professional and courteous. The appointment was made for a week later; the technician arrived on time and was very nice (I didn't catch his name). He completed the job in less time than was on the original quote and adjusted the invoice accordingly. I have no complaints: my microwave is working perfectly, and I saved a lot of money by not having to replace the whole unit. I am very happy with the services provided by Valley Central.
Excellent customer service. The Receptionist handled our warranty claim appointment well and the technician (Alex) was very prompt to find the problem and fix it. He also assisted to level the appliance and ensure it all worked before leaving, which was a huge blessing!
I was very impressed with the service for the repairs for my Maytag fridge. The repairman not only showed me the problem on why I had water on the bottom of the freezer of my side by side refrigerator, but also on how he fixed the problem. Very pleasant and patient by answering my many questions. Honest! and Price of repair very reasonable! In addition when I called to make an appointment they were able to send someone within a couple of hours as they were working in the area where I lived. A friend recommended them to me and I would not hesitate to use them again! Excellent service!
