Exceptional!! Vaughn and Glen are honest, helpful, straightforward and genuine. We walked in off the street just to see what they had and we left with an excellent used Rv. Ask for Vaughn in sales. We feel extremely fortunate to have literally stumbled upon this business.

Sales are great but after sales services is not. I have had some small issues with my trailer and I get the impression they do care as they got their money. The latest is my stabilizer is slipping on the tongue, when I called they told me I would have to wait and they attitude was like \ why are you calling us for that?\ I purchased my stabilizer with my unit and it was installed by them. I guess I have to figure it out on my own.

Purchase was great, but the 1st time I took my trailer out in the summer of 2019, I couldn't get my heater going. I phoned the dealership to report this but noone returned my call for 3 days. I had to take my trailer to a local dealership for repair and the parts & labor ended up costing me over 400. 3 days later RV City called back, and I spoke to an assist. mgr who indicated that they were going to send me the money I had put out for repair as the heater never once worked for me. That was the last I heard from RV City; never did receive the promised funds. Very dissappointing.

Jessie the service rep is very helpful, professional and pays attention to all details. Good thing he followed up with me about my appointment as I had forgotten. Good job, thanks. The men in back performing the service work were great as well they kept me informed through the whole process and guided me on what parts were required this year for reliable use. Unbelievable service!! Karly and Kevin stayed a few minutes late to make sure we got the parts we needed for our trailer so we could go camping. Amazing these days! Thanks so much you guys. They knew exactly what we needed and got us the right parts!! Definitely a must to deal with these guys.
